WHAT IS SCRIP?
- For those of you who may be unfamiliar with the. SCRIP/GIFT CARD Program, this is a great on-going fundraising project that has proven to be very successful! This important fundraiser benefits our school in many ways. We hope that all of our school and church families are participating in the program. It's really a great way for us to raise funds ... because you receive "dollar for dollar" and Calvary makes a percentage from whatever you buy!
WHO IS NEEDED IN ORDER FOR THIS PROGRAM TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
YOU ARE NEEDED!!!! WHEN EVERYONE PARTICIPATES, ALL OF OUR KIDS BENEFIT!!!
- Regular participation is strongly encouraged. SO ... if you are not participating, you need to "get in the habit soon!" All YOU need to do is stop in the school office and purchase SCRIP (gift certificates or cards). Each purchase earns the school "free money" because we receive a percentage of each dollar spent. It does not cost you anything extra - the SCRIP you purchase is used to pay for the items of your choice. The monies received from the SCRIP program assist in funding programs affecting every student in our school.
WHAT KIND OF SCRIP/GIFT CARDS DO WE SELL?
- We have SCRIP/GIFT CARDS available for many local vendors that most of you use on a regular basis. For example: Applebee's; Arco: Chevron; Macys; Kohl's; The Gap; Carrows; Wendy's; Jack in the Box; Food Maxx; Safeway; etc.Check out the list in the Cross Connections or in the school & church offices! Order forms are located on the bulletin board in the Administration building, in the Cross Connections, in the Calvary Chronicle, and in the Information Booth.
WHEN IS SCRIP AVAILABLE?
- Cards may be purchased Monday - Friday in the school office OR at Calvary on Sunday mornings.
