Calvary Club Info & Updates

 

Fee Increases – This year we have instituted the first fee increase in 4 years.  The fees are listed on the Attendance Package Forms.  The biggest added benefit of the fee increase is that non-legal Holidays, Staff Development Days and Accreditation Fridays are covered at no extra cost.

 

Package Changes – For the school year 2005-2006 Calvary Club will now be open on all non-legal holidays, Accreditation Fridays, and Staff Development Days with no added fee if your child is enrolled in one of the Packages (see below) and with no minimum number of students..  Your child will be covered for only the days they are enrolled.  For example if they are enrolled for only Tuesday and Thursday, those would be the days they would be covered.  There will be an added fee for any additional days.  These days will still require sign-ups so we can staff accordingly.

 

Reminder – Please be on time to pick up your children.  There is a charge of $4.00 per minute per child if they are picked up after 6:00pm or dropped off in the morning before 7:00am.

Also, any children that are dropped off prior to 8:20 am must be signed into Calvary Club and will be charged for any time used.

 

Morning Package – Your child can attend Calvary Club one to five days per week from 7:00am to 8:20am.  Charges are for the morning, not by the hour or portion of the hour.

 

Full Time Afternoon Package – Your child can attend Calvary Club one to five days a week. A full time package provides care from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.  Charges are for the 3 hour afternoon and are not prorated by the portion of the hour.  Your charge is the same if your child leaves Calvary Club at 4:45, 5:00 or 6:00.  If your child is enrolled in this package it will cover care on Accreditation Fridays, Holidays and Staff Development Days for the days your child is enrolled.  First hour of the afternoon care is story or quiet play and snack for grades K-3 and study hall and snack for grades 4 thru 8.

 

Extended Day Package – Your child can attend Calvary Club one to five days a week from 3:00pm to 4:15pm.  Students in Kindergarten through third grade will have a snack and story time or quiet play hour.  Students from Fourth grade thru Eighth grade will have a snack and supervised study hall (students in grades First thru Third are always welcome to join study hall), where the students will work on their homework.  Calvary Club staff will monitor studying and offer guidance and support.  Charges for the extended day are by the day and not prorated by the hour or portion of an hour.  If you do pick up your child after 4:15pm, you must sign up and purchase a drop-in ticket.  If your child is enrolled in this package it will cover care on Accreditation Fridays, Holidays and Staff Development Days for the days your child is enrolled.

 

Combining Packages – If your child will attend Calvary Club some full days and some extended day you will need to fill out both Afternoon Attendance Package forms.  If you have any questions or need help in filling out the forms, I am always happy to help.
